Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Baazi Club, including the mobile application, website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Gurinder Singh, an individual operator based in Chandigarh, India, doing business as Baazi Club ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You may use Baazi Club if all of the following are true:

• You are at least 13 years of age.
• If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your country), you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up and to keep your display name and contact details up to date.

You may use only one account per person unless we explicitly permit otherwise. You may not share your account with others or transfer it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other players, including via chat or voice features.
• Use hate speech, discriminatory language, or share obscene, sexually explicit, or violent content.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Use cheats, bots, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software to gain advantage in games.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by overloading servers or transmitting malware.
• Collect personal information about other users without their consent.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

5. Free service and future paid features

Baazi Club is currently free to use. We may in the future offer optional paid features such as a premium subscription with cosmetic enhancements or convenience options. Free users will retain access to core gameplay regardless of any future paid offerings.

Any paid features will be clearly identified, priced transparently, and subject to additional terms at the time of purchase.

6. User-generated content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (such as your display name, chat messages, or voice chat audio). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the Service.

You are responsible for the content you create. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct that harms other users, or use the Service in any way that creates legal risk for us. We will, where reasonably possible, give you notice and an opportunity to address the issue before termination.

You may close your account at any time using the in-app "Delete My Account" option in Settings, or by emailing support@baaziclub.net.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

You use the Service at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (Gurinder Singh / Baazi Club) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• your use or inability to use the Service;
• any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baazi Club and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you within the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh, India.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
