How do I delete my account?

You have two options:

  1. In the app: Open Settings → scroll down to "Account" → tap "Delete My Account". You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Your profile, statistics, and all associated data will be permanently removed.
  2. By email: Send a request to support@baaziclub.net from the email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Is Baazi Club really free? Are there ads?

Yes, Baazi Club is free to use, and there are no advertisements. We may offer optional paid features (such as a premium subscription) in the future, but core gameplay will always remain accessible to free users.

Does Baazi Club involve real money or gambling?

No. Baazi Club is strictly a social card-game platform. There is no real-money gameplay, no betting, no wagering, and no exchange of in-game points for cash or prizes. Any future premium features will be clearly labeled and entirely optional.

How do I enable TalkBack / screen reader support?

Baazi Club is designed to work with Android's built-in TalkBack screen reader out of the box. To enable TalkBack:

  1. Open your phone's Settings app.
  2. Go to Accessibility.
  3. Find TalkBack and turn it on.

Inside Baazi Club, you can also adjust speech speed, animation toggles, sound effects, and voice announcement preferences from the in-app Settings screen.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

Email support@baaziclub.net with as much detail as you can — what game you were playing, what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected. Screenshots help when possible.

I'm having trouble connecting to online games.

How do I create a private room?

From the game's online menu, tap Create Room. Select "PRIVATE", and either enter your own 4–8 digit room code or let the app generate one. Share the code with friends who want to join. They can enter the code on the Join Room screen.

Can I play with someone in another country?

Yes. Baazi Club uses cloud servers in Asia, but the games work globally. You may experience higher latency the further you are from the server region.

How is my personal data handled?

See our Privacy Policy for full details. In short: we collect only the data needed to make the games work, never sell your information, and let you delete your account at any time.

What information do I need to provide to sign up?

Just a display name and (optionally) a Google account for sign-in. We do not collect phone numbers, addresses, or government identification.

Why does the app ask for microphone permission?

Microphone access is only needed if you use the in-game voice chat feature, which is optional. We never record audio outside of an active voice chat session.
